Position Definition
Our consultant meets with the client to identify the candidate profile for the assignment and to gain an understanding of the organization structure, culture, and personality.
Assessing the Assignment
We define the mandate according to our understanding of the candidate profile, then present it to the client for approval
Sourcing the Candidates
We search for the most qualified executive available, using proven methods, such as our extensive network of contacts, a direct referral system, candidate files, and targeted advertising
Evaluation
Qualified candidates are researched and interviewed by our consultant to identify critical aspects of their qualifications. Our findings are then systematically matched with the client's search criteria to determine the best fit.
Interview by the Client
After careful elimination, a shortlist of two of three finalists is presented to the client for interviews
Final Recommendation
The candidate selected by the client is then further assessed by us through reference verification to confirm the soundness of the selection. Once this due diligence has been performed, the client will construct an Offer of Employment, and present it to the selected individual. Krecklo may be called upon to assist the client with the facilitation of the Offer of Employment.
